- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development
strategy to dig into the youth sports market, with a focus on

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on
the sports industry preferred.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
with key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
