Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Senior
Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of calls regarding patient billing and general
customer concerns
Process adjustments, refunds, and perform manual sales related to
billing inquiries
Research and resolve complex billing issues and maintain tracking
logs of escalated correspondence
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a
medical or office setting
Ability to navigate and learn new computer systems
Must be 18 years of age or older
