Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract and retain
advertisers across key verticals
Lead a team of sales and business development professionals,
setting revenue targets and performance metrics
Identify and nurture channel partnerships to scale sales efforts
across various domains
Required Qualifications
10+ years of business development experience in advertising sales
or performance marketing
Experience managing and scaling a high-performing sales team with a
proven track record
Expertise in digital advertising, performance marketing solutions,
and marketplaces
Strong dealmaker with experience in structuring and negotiating
strategic partnerships
Metrics-driven with expertise in CRM tools and sales
forecasting
