Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst in Investment Banking -
Industrials.
Key Responsibilities
Support M&A, strategic corporate finance, and capital raising
transactions with corporate finance investment bankers
Generate analytical materials and perform financial modeling and
valuation analyses for client meetings
Develop marketing materials and maintain knowledge of industry
trends and relevant information resources
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business
Admin, Economics, etc.)
Series 7 & 63 licenses (to be obtained within six months of
employment)
Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling and
financial statement analysis
Ability to work well in a team-oriented and challenging
environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and
Word)
