Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Reports Analyst IT.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain operational, financial, and compliance
reports using a customized reporting system
Translate business requirements from stakeholders into effective
reporting solutions
Analyze existing workflows and data structures to recommend
reporting improvements and serve as a subject matter expert on
insurance and TPA processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role
Significant experience (3+ years) in insurance, TPA, or claims
administration
Exposure to regulatory reporting requirements in insurance or TPA
contexts
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science,
Information Systems, or a related field
Proficiency with customized reporting systems
