Job Description:
A company is looking for an Order Operations Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reporting tools to track order processing
efficiency and analyze key performance indicators
Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in the order management
process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement
improvements
Design and maintain automation solutions to streamline workflows
and minimize manual intervention in order processing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a
related field
3-5 years of experience in order operations, business analysis, or
a similar role
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or other reporting and data analysis
tools
Experience with order management systems and workflow automation
tools
Understanding of data visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or
Tableau is a plus
