Primary Responsibilities:

* Analyze and provide accurate data to determine solutions for complex customer service issues
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Interpret business information to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
* Resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
* Investigate customer service issues as identified and communicate resolution to customers
* Provide feedback to team members regarding improvement opportunities
* Responsible for the overall delivery of analytics and call audit data to provide support and guidance to team members

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma / GED or higher
* 1+ year of OptumRx Customer Service experience
* Proficient in MS Office Excel to include basic VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and basic formulas
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
* Data analysis and customer service based solutioning experience
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.

* Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others in a positive manner in both written and verbal communication

* Ability to work independently to accomplish goals and tasks

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

* Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $20.77 to $36.88.
