Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Matter Information
Specialist who is collaborative and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming Accounting Service Desk tickets
Perform time card edits and process transfers and matter
maintenance tasks
Update and manage address changes and verify backup documentation
for disbursements
Required Qualifications
3 years of client billing or related experience
Experience with Aderant, ChromeRiver, BillBlast, and ServiceNow
Law firm experience preferred but not required
Internal customer support knowledge
High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting,
Finance, or similar field preferred
