Job Description:
A company is looking for a Direct Customer Advocate to assist
and support customers by providing an exceptional customer
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service for billing, troubleshooting, and account
management via email, chat, or phone
Serve exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction
Improve support experience by using feedback to enhance internal
processes and automation
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1.5 years in a similar role required
Experience in delivering customer service across multiple
communication channels
Ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms
Adaptability to changes in schedules and demands
Capability to manage multiple tasks while providing high-quality
service
