Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Call Center Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer and schedule
healthcare evaluations
Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand the terms
while responding to rebuttals
Monitor performance results and report member complaints to
management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience
required
Previous experience in a metrics-driven outbound call center
environment preferred
Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems
simultaneously
