Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Adoption Specialist to lead
training and enablement programs that enhance customer adoption and
product engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and overhaul existing training materials to align with
product modernization efforts
Develop and launch product adoption programs using LMS platforms
and interactive learning tools
Analyze usage data to identify training gaps and enhance customer
enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design,
Communications, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in customer enablement, training, or product
adoption in a SaaS environment
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content
creation
Hands-on experience creating instructional videos and tutorials
using industry-standard software
Proven expertise with Pendo for managing interactive guides and
analyzing usage data
