Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trial Experience Specialist - Sales -
Spanish Language Expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and nurture new customer relationships to drive
trial conversion
Conduct consultative trial engagement efforts and provide technical
support during the trial period
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to align
solutions with customer goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred
0-2 years of previous customer service or relevant experience,
ideally in Sales Development or Technical Sales
Strong technical aptitude and experience with CRM and marketing
automation tools
Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and social media
platforms
Ability to learn new complex software platforms quickly and manage
multiple responsibilities effectively
