Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - US.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in deal closure by drafting, negotiating,
and finalizing various contracts
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and establish a robust
risk management program
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate
organizational risks and manage customer obligations
Required Qualifications
Law graduate or equivalent (LLB, JD, or LLM)
At least 5+ years of experience in an in-house legal team,
preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Experience in deal negotiation across multiple jurisdictions,
including the US, Asia, and Europe
Operational knowledge of commercial laws, particularly privacy
laws
Strong research skills and ability to interpret legal issues across
jurisdictions
