You Will Do : The candidate’s day-to-day activities include but are
not limited to: Redhat Linux server management; storage management;
file server management; access management; data backup; software
and license configuration; and workstation support. Each day in the
life of a Systems Administrator can bring something new – building
a new IT infrastructure for a group of engineers, restoring files
due to an outage, updating virus definitions and security patches,
teaming with our brilliant engineers on how to improve their
processes, and more. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically
requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum
of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a
related field and a minimum of 5 years experience. Active and
transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is
required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only
U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Active CompTIA
Security certification or the ability to obtain certification in
the first 6 months. Qualifications We Prefer: Linux OS Certificate
( RHCSA / Linux ). Experience with RHEL 7/8/9. Troubleshooting
skills including systemd, firewalld, and SELinux. Experience with
High Performance Computing ( HPC ) Environments. Experience with
NetApp / OnTap tools. Experience with Databases including MariaDB,
Oracle, and SQL. Experience with enterprise logging, monitoring,
and alerting systems. Experience with automation tools such as
Ansible. Scripting Experience (Bash, Python, Ansible) and
Kickstart. Experience with CIS/STIG benchmarks and DoD security
standards. Experience with scanning tools such as Nessus and SCAP.
Experience with Splunk. Experience with Enterprise Active Directory
(AD) & LDAP. Experience dealing with Managed Anti-Virus (AV)
solutions ( ClamAV & SEM ). Experience hardening systems using
tools like SCAP and following STIGs. Experience supporting
engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development. ?

118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good
faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX

not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities,
a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and
key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits,
