Job Description:
Our Client, owns and operates licensed residential treatment
programs in Los Angeles, that provide trauma-informed,
evidence-based care for individuals facing substance use and
co-occurring mental health challenges. The Company is growing and
has multiple Resident & Detox Technician openings across their
programs in LA (Encino and South LA). If you’re compassionate,
dependable, and looking to build experience in behavioral
healthcare, we’d love to hear from you. Role Overview Residential &
Detox Technicians are the front-line support for our clients.
You’ll help ensure safety, structure, and a positive recovery
environment while supporting clinical staff and treatment
activities. What You’ll Do Welcome new clients, complete intakes,
and provide orientation Supervise daily routines, activities, and
overnight shifts Monitor clients during detox and communicate with
medical staff as needed Administer UDS (urine drug screens) and
breathalyzers Facilitate check-ins, recreation, or life-skills
groups (non-clinical) Support facility safety, shift handoffs, and
light housekeeping What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED
required; college coursework or degree preferred Valid California
Driver’s License with a clean driving record Must complete
pre-employment requirements: TB screening (renewed annually),
background and driving record check, drug screening, and reference
checks Ongoing screenings are required during employment to ensure
compliance with state regulations and company standards Must be
able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings,
weekends, and holidays to support a 24/7/365 treatment program
