Job Description:
Job Description ONG Physical Therapy is expanding our team and
looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who is passionate about
helping athletes and high performers rebuild from injury, move
confidently, and thrive in the activities they love. This isn’t a
PT model that prioritizes volume. We fulfill client outcomes and
ensure satisfaction through relentless compassion, authentic
connection, evidence-based education, and one-on-one personalized
rehab. We’re growing quickly and want someone who’s looking to grow
in a system that is looking to raise the standard of rehab, health,
and fitness. The position is for our Pasadena and new La Verne
location which includes health benefits, continuing education
benefits, and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities include: Provide one-on-one, 60 minute physical
therapy evaluations and treatment sessions for patients with
orthopedic, sports, and performance-related injuries. Clinical
documentation through JaneApp EMR Requirements include: Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Preferences include:
Strength & conditioning background Experience in a
cash-based/out-of-network outpatient clinic Experience with content
