Position: We are seeking a Full-Time Optometrist to join our team immediately . The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and clinically skilled with a passion for specialty contact lenses and advanced dry eye management. Our Services Include: Comprehensive eye exams and ocular disease management Dry eye treatments utilizing IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and Radiofrequency (RF) technology Specialty contact lens fittings , including scleral lenses and orthokeratology Advanced diagnostics with OCT, Optos, Meibography, and topography Premium optical with luxury frame collections What We Offer: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus structure Supportive and collaborative team environment State-of-the-art technology and beautiful coastal office setting Continuing education and professional development opportunities Immediate start available Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive eye care with emphasis on medical optometry Diagnose and treat ocular surface disease and other ocular conditions Fit specialty contact lenses, including scleral and hybrid designs Educate and counsel patients on eye health, vision solutions, and treatment plans Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless and high-quality patient experiences Requirements: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program Active California Optometry license Strong communication and patient-care skills Experience with or interest in dry eye therapy and specialty lens fitting preferred
