We are currently seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist who will be instrumental in providing individual therapy sessions and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs. As an Outpatient Therapist at MindPath, your expertise will not only manage mental health conditions effectively but also empower individuals towards achieving their mental wellness. Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients using evidence-based treatment modalities. Develop and evaluate treatment plans based on patient assessments and needs. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to integrate clinical care. Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health care. Ensure compliance with all clinical documentation requirements. Advocate for patient access to continuous mental health services. Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans. Deep understanding of patient confidentiality laws and ethical guidelines in therapy. Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
