Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
opportunity seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide
essential support in a K-12 school setting. The position is located
in Lakewood, OH, and offers leave coverage from the first week of
April through May. Scheduled Monday through Friday, the work hours
are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., aligning with the school calendar
for consistent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12 Assess
and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student
needs Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate
therapy goals within the classroom environment Monitor and document
student progress and adjust interventions accordingly Provide
coverage during the regular occupational therapists leave period
Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational
Therapist with experience in school-based settings, particularly
K-12 Strong understanding of pediatric developmental and
educational needs Ability to work effectively within
interdisciplinary teams Excellent communication skills with
students, parents, and education professionals Flexibility to adapt
to a short-term contract and maintain consistency in service
