Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Market Support
for their Clinical Excellence Team, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic patient outreach and provider-facing activities
to enhance medication adherence and care quality
Develop market business plans to improve STARs measures and engage
healthcare providers
Analyze STARs and HEDIS data, providing insights and
recommendations to improve pharmacy-related performance
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience
Active, unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of primary
residence
5+ years of clinical pharmacy practice experience
2+ years of experience with Medicare STARs and HEDIS measures
2+ years of experience in provider-facing interactions and data
analysis
