Management.
Key Responsibilities
Establish change management best practices and framework, following
the PROSCI, ADKAR or similar model
Design and develop change management KPIs, tools, and
techniques
Develop communications content and key messaging
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of project management experience within large
enterprise organizations
Prior consulting experience and client-facing executive solutions
experience
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience necessary
Prosci certification or commensurate experience necessary
Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and
PowerPoint
