the first point of contact for our customers, both new and
returning. In many ways, you’ll be the voice of our business! This

Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, all
aimed at providing the best customer experience possible. This
includes but is not limited to: Assisting customers via phone, live
chat, email, and SMS/Text. Taking orders, answering questions, and
helping customers with their needs. Engaging with customers to
resolve issues and provide solutions. Managing customer inquiries
through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party
applications. Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other
important customer metrics. Tools You’ll Use Regularly: After
training, you’ll become proficient in the following tools to help
manage your daily tasks: Shopify Asana Reamaze Postscript Nextiva
Slack Amazon (Seller Central) Stamped.io Recharge Google Voice

Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent, with some related
experience preferred. Language Skills: Able to read, write, and

Comfortable with database and internet software, as well as word
processing tools. Other Skills: Strong multitasking abilities.
Physical Demands: This role involves sitting for long periods,
using your hands, and communicating frequently. You might
occasionally need to lift items up to 10 pounds, and less
