Job Description Summary The Kern County Student Assistant will
provide administrative support across all departments of the Kern
County Campus of the University of La Verne. Must be student of the
University of La Verne with Federal Work Study. This entry level
position provides an introduction to different areas of the campus
programs such as Undergraduate, graduate and credentialing
programs. This position plays a critical role in covering the front
desk area of the office and serves as the first point of contact
for faculty, students, vendors, community partners and other
guests. Minimum Qualifications Experience in a professional,
customer-focused environment. Working experience with Microsoft
Office applications, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint. Current University of La Verne student Work Schedule
M-Th 1:00 pm – 5:30 pm
